The study commences with conducting qualitative interviews with 10 customers and 10 prospects. The project wraps up with a detailed debriefing session for the marketing and management teams.
Upon completion, you will receive a list of prioritized customer and prospect pains and gains, a list of prioritized value drivers, a file with anonymized data that you can use for additional statistical analysis, and a comprehensive final project report.

Our Pricing and Willingness-to-Pay Research Study is a comprehensive program aimed at helping your organization identify the right price for your sustainability efforts. This service is designed for organizations seeking to understand how much customers and prospects are willing to pay for sustainability, and quantify the premium that can be charged for sustainable products and services.

This 30 to 45-day project begins with qualitative interviews with 10 customers and 10 prospects. Following this, we conduct an internal two-hour workshop to finalize the variables and levels for the survey. We then proceed to a quantitative conjoint or Van Westendorp survey with a representative sample of customers and prospects. The project culminates with a debriefing session for the marketing and management team.
Upon completion, you will receive a list of prioritized value and willingness to pay drivers, a detailed pricing study report, and actionable recommendations.
